The Anxiety and Trauma Relief Program
The Anxiety and Trauma Relief is an online, three-step, 10 week program that provides proven techniques to tame your physiological and psychological anxiety symptoms.
Step 1. Banish Anxiety Symptoms
Step 1 takes place in week one and is a three-hour teleconference session on a Saturday (morning or afternoon).
The class is a combination of lecture/presentation of new therapy concepts and techniques, discussion, and lots of experience using the new techniques. You’ll learn specific practices to change your brain chemistry and calm your fight or flight responses, including:
- Breathing Exercises
- Gratitude and Appreciation Exercises
- Specific diet and exercise recommendations
Dr. Anne will explain how each therapy technique works. She’ll show you how to use it during class. Then, you can practice the techniques at home. You’ll also receive a manual and a recording of relaxation and visualization exercises.

Step 2. Emotional Release Techniques (ERT)
Step 2 takes place in week two and is a 2-hour teleconference session on a Saturday (morning or afternoon).
The course introduces the theory and practice of tapping specific energy points to ELIMINATE emotional distress.
You’ll learn how to recognize different emotional states and select the correct tapping sequence to achieve relief.
You’ll be able to perform these techniques on yourself, your family, and your friends as needed.

Step 3. Banish Sabotaging Beliefs
Step 3 is the six-week ANXIETY RELIEF II: Stop Sabotaging Yourself course. You’ll uncover the FEARS driving your dysfunctional emotions and behaviors driving your anxiety and learn to remove doubt and trust yourself.

Clarity Key 1 is a combination of lecture and practice. This format allows time to begin assimilating the new perspectives and gain experience using the new methods presented during the class under the direct supervision of Dr. Anne.
Six Week Program. 1.5 hours per week. LIVE, ONLINE
Available Tuesdays (6:45 - 8:15 pm CST)
It is best to attend Clarity Key 1 alone. Allow yourself the privacy to explore your hidden beliefs. Share later, as you please. Concern about other's reactions will impede your progress.
