New Client Scheduling:
Complete the Portal link request form to receive an invitation to the Therapy Appointment website
- Once you receive an invitation, set up your Login ID and password
- Enter your demographic information
- Enter your insurance information including the Member ID, group.
- Set your appointment
- And PLEASE complete your intake documents before your first session.
