Remember to breathe. Breathing diaphragmatically for just 10 mins/day can help you remain calm and centered as you go about your daily tasks.
Make it a practice to notice everything that is going well in your daily life.
Appreciate small kindnesses from people.
Look for the beauty in the details around you.
It is still okay to go outside, and enjoy the beauty of nature, get some exercise, and look at different scenery.
