Register for Counseling Services
As of Jan 1, 2022 we upgraded our EHR system.
New and returning clients will need a portal invitation to register in the new system.
Before requesting a portal invitation, please verify that I am in your insurance network if that is critical to you. I will file your PPO plan, but the ultimate costs will usually vary by in and out of network.
- I AM OUT OF NETWORK FOR Cigna, United Health Care, and others.
- My sessions are VIRTUAL
Returning clients: If you have not been in since Jan 1, 2022, you will need a portal invitation to register in the new system.
- Complete the form below.
- An invitation will be emailed to you.
- Your prior user name and password will work for the portal registration.
New clients: If you are new to our practice, you will need to register and set up a username and password to access your account.
- Please complete and submit the form below. (We will email your portal invitation the next business day.)
- Complete your portal registration, demographic and insurance information, and complete the intake forms.
- Once you have completed your portal registration, you can set appointments and access zoom sessions.
Using your new portal account you will be able to access and update any information including:
- Insurance - I AM OUT OF NETWORK FOR CIGNA AND UHC, but I will file claims for you.
- Demographic changes
- Pay bills
- See your account
- Set/change appointments
- Send secure messages directly to Dr Anne.
